I love the idea of a photo essay — thanks so much. Still living vicariously through you and Chad’s travels — but my wish list is certainly growing longer for when I retire! Aren’t those rocks gorgeous? So many shapes and sizes to enjoy.

I love the rocks, too! If you like rocky beaches, Nice, France, was also really lovely. I used to sit on the beach and listen to the tide going out, making this plunk-plunk noise, a little like a xylophone as it pulled the rocks forward and back over each other.
