Life coaching services are not therapy or medical advice. Coaching services are paid up front and can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice or more. Anything cancelled after 24 hours is non-refundable and will require additional funds to reschedule. If I fail to show up for coaching due to an emergency or for any other reason, you are entitled to reschedule or request a full refund.
