Hello from Montenegro, friends! By the time you’re reading this, we’ll have just started to settle in for a month in Kotor before moving on back to Switzerland.

How has your month been? Anyone else really excited for the long, warm, sunny days as spring starts to turn toward summer?

I try to stay on top of news of airlines that close down, so I was worried I’d missed something big with *20* of them. Luckily most look like tiny airlines I never had on my chart to begin with!

I’m always intrigued by all these areas in Italy that are selling entire islands or towns or old homes or castles for next to nothing. I recently read about a town in Sicily selling homes for 1 euro, though you have to apply and tell them what you plan on doing with the place, and there’s a deposit with a requirement to finish renovations within a few years. But still! How amazing!
