Heya, friends! How’s your summer going?
We’ve officially arrived in Prague and by the time you read this, we’ll have been here for almost a month. So far, we’ve visited alchemy museums, gone on local food tours, and spent happy hours browsing multiple fresh markets.
But to be honest, Prague is not our place. For some reason, we keep thinking that we’ll like big cities and we just aren’t big city people. I think we’re both very much committed to reverting back to my former habit of zig-zagging through Europe’s small towns and mid-sized university cities moving forward.
But more on that another time. You’re here for inspiration, yes?
Here are the best links I’ve found online recently:
:: Officially adding these to my to-see list for next month: 5 Must-See Spots in Bohemian Switzerland.
:: We’re currently contemplating our winter plans and this makes me want to go somewhere snowy.
:: I was recently interviewed for a piece on medical tourism. The final result is well worth a read.
:: Super thrilled that one of my favorite US breakfast spots is sharing recipes!
:: Another good argument for reducing your working hours.
:: These storytelling rules from Pixar are great.
:: Avid readers! Here are two books for your TBR pile: Sadie & Dry. (Email subscribers, if you can’t see these links, just click through to the post – my email program sometimes pulls my Amazon links out.)
:: Finally, let’s end with something hilariously cute.
